Time will not stand still for anyone, especially if you are in the auction and real estate business. We keep going almost 24/7 to keep all the necessary things done in order to do our best at our auctions. So many times we are assisting in moving elderly people from homes they have been in for many years to the new assisted living facilities and some times we are assisting the family in clearing up financial matters with the sale of furnishings and real estate.

Wesley Cain of KDC Properties, Inc. is a 43+ year veteran of the auction business, a graduate of Missouri Auction School, Certified Appraisers Guild of America and a member of the Alabama and National Auctioneers Associations.
He is 70+ years young and looking forward to at least 30 more years in the business.
His Wife, Martha, is the office manager and cashier at all sales.
A crew of 7 to 10 work each auction with Wesley to make sure that the customers and clients are happy when they leave.
We take consignment pieces and estates for sale on the last Saturday night in each month at our facility in Priceville, Alabama and we love doing "on site" estate auctions.
