This caused him to start Cincy Area Properties, which is a property management firm that specializes in cash flow real estate.
Today Cincy Area Properties manages over 1200 units Northern parts of Cincinnati down into Northern Kentucky and is becoming a recognized industry leader in the cash flow real estate industry.
Following up the management company in 2013, Jesse decided to create a service for apartment and investment needs.

Since then Jesse has acquired several more investment properties in his portfolio that consist of single family homes, multi-unit buildings and commercial use spaces.
In 2005 Jesse earned real estate licenses in both Kentucky and Ohio so that he could begin helping others build their own cash flow real estate portfolios.

Matthew graduated from Ohio University in 2001 with a finance degree and an interest in real estate.
For the next 5 years, Matt worked as an operations manager for Fifth Third Bank.
Realizing his passion for real estate, Matt moved on from banking in 2005 to pursue a career in commercial real estate.
For the last 8 years, Matt has been an Apartment Broker with Marcus & Millichap where he closed over 60 transaction totaling over $150 million dollars.
In 2013, Matt started C.A.P. Real Estate Investment Brokerage, a full service real estate company specializing in advisory and sales of apartment complexes.
For the next 5 years, Matt worked as an operations manager for Fifth Third Bank.
Realizing his passion for real estate, Matt moved on from banking in 2005 to pursue a career in commercial real estate.

Serenna joined CAP in spring 2010 and is currently serving as the Office Manager and Finance Manager for CAP.
Serenna is responsible for overseeing the daily financial activities of Three-J Investment Group, Cincy Area Properties and all related entities.
Serenna has a degree in accounting as well a certification in bookkeeping.
In Serenna's spare time she enjoys watching her children participate in sports activities with her husband and spending time with her dogs and parrots.

Our goal is to start processing statements on the 25th of the month and have them prepared to go out to the owners by the 29th - 30th.
If you sign up for our direct deposit we will then email you a statement and direct deposit your funds; however, if you chose not to participate in direct deposit then you statement will be mailed to you via regular US Postal mail at this time.
We will always try to notify you of any repairs that we do prior to coming on your statement; however, our threshold per our contact is $250.00 or above is what requires prior owner approval.
