In early 1982, the founder and President of our company, Harold M. Messick, was employed as the chief appraiser and managed the in house bank appraisal division for 1st Home Federal Savings and Loan in Greensboro, NC.
At this time, two of Harold's sons, Jonathan M. Messick and David H. Messick, were still attending college, but were approached by their father to see if they had interest in joining this newly formed company, which they both were very excited to do.
After a few years, the business grew, and we moved to the West Market Square Office Condominium facilities at the corner of West Market and Holden.
