We met Paula Brown Kelley of Kelley Commercial Real Estate (KCRE) when she was a broker with Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (CRE).
At that time, we were in an office condominium and were ready to make the big move to an office building.
This was in 1988.
Paula negotiated our lease and has negotiated several leases and lease renewals in two other locations since that time.
Our most recent lease transaction with KCRE was a lease renewal in our office building in Springfield, VA.
We have always been pleased with the attention to detail Paula demonstrates in our negotiations and build out requirements.
