Members of CIREB service New York State's Capital Region and its extended Tech Valley and include real estate brokers and salesperson (all of whom hold membership in a local REALTOR(R) association), property managers, real estate appraisers, attorneys, developers, economic development agencies and financial institutions.

Ms. Pierce started her real estate career in 1985 focusing on First-time homebuyers; moving on to commercial real estate sales in 1987.
In 1993 she went outside the industry to manage the Williams Sonoma store in Crossgates Mall, Albany.
With a long history of exceptional customer service she brought the store up to top-sales producer on the East Coast; received many awards including top-ranking customer service awards.
She returned to the commercial real estate market in October of 1998 as Executive Director for CIREB.
