Doug was born in Phillipsburg, NJ, raised in Cape May County, NJ and moved with his family to Avalon in 1971.
Doug attended St. Joseph's Regional Catholic School, Wildwood Catholic High School and the University of Miami, graduating with a degree in Business Administration in 1978.
Doug obtained his New Jersey Real Estate License in 1979 and his New Jersey Real Estate Brokers License in 1981.
