AHLLC offers its not-for-profit clients unique services that include providing pre-construction risk capital and specific development expertise in tax-exempt bond financing.
AHLLC principals are Marshall Breines and Jim Eagan who collectively have more than 65 years experience in health care management, real estate development and finance.
We provide services to non-profit as well as for-profit owners.

Marshall Breines is President of Hillspoint Management Corp (HPM) which is the founding corporate member of Affirmative Hillspoint LLC.
He has been President of HPM since it was established in 1994.
Mr. Breines has 35+ years experience in the fields of health care finance, management consulting and facility development.
His career started in public accounting in New York as one of the original members of the health care audit and consulting practice of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. (now KPMG).
He then became Comptroller for one of the firm's audit clients, Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn & Queens, where he managed the finances of their St.
