Humboldt Association of Realtors provides programs and services to help members succeed in business and to achieve the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. We add value to the community by advocating for private property rights and encouraging community involvement. Unlike many real estate agents who are simply licensed by their state to do business, Realtors have taken additional steps to become members of the local Association of Realtors and have agreed to act under and adhere to a strict Code of Ethics.

This membership obligates them to be fair to all parties involved in a real estate transaction, be it buyer, seller or cooperating agent. Be sure your real estate agent is a Realtor.
