Joshua co-founded Vintage Capital with Mr. Brad Cook to raise private equity for real estate lending throughout the US.
Joshua's responsibilities at Vintage Capital include determining the overall business strategies, manage investor and strategic business relations, setting long term business strategies, direct underwriting process, loan approvals, and overseeing operations.
In addition to his role as CEO of Vintage, Joshua has over 19 years experience in the real estate industry and is currently serving as the president of Genova Capital, a real estate development and investment company he co-founded in 2008.
