Founded as a non-profit organization in 1985 to offer support, networking and shared knowledge and experience among its Spokane broker members, IB is a group of Real Estate offices and Affiliate members numbering 25 brokerages and over forty affiliates in the Greater Spokane area. The privileges and opportunities available to this entrepreneurial group by not being associated with any national or local franchise allow for superior expertise and service to be offered to the end user.
The knowledge of each member is enhanced through attendance at regular meetings featuring informative speakers, special events, clock hour classes, and seminars.

In 2019 we raised over $25,717, thanks to the charitable donations we received and the loyal participation of the Independent Brokers of Spokane Members.
Most importantly, it is a chance for our members to give back to their community through bidding and purchasing donated items.
