Pass the Florida State Real Estate Sales Associate Examination with a score of at least 75%;.
A student may not miss more than 8 classroom hours and be allowed to take the end of course exam.
Classroom hours are defined as fifty (50) minutes.
A minimum score of 70% or better is needed to successfully complete the Pre-License Course.
Students may retest on any of the scheduled test days by contacting the school at Enroll@FloridaRELicense.com.
