Certified Appraisal Group, LLC is a Real Estate Appraisal firm specializing in valuation of all types of residential and multi-family properties. Our Group consists of three full time State Certified Residential Appraisers and full time support staff. Our Group has a combined over 75 years experience in the Appraisal Profession. We have a full staff of State Certified Appraisers that have a wide range of experience in the field of Appraisal Services.
In addition to our full time Appraisers, we have a support staff that is second to none. We pride ourselves in quality valuations and good communication with our clients. All our State Certified Appraisers are FHA Approved and experienced. We have a diverse client base that includes attorney's, lenders, government agencies, credit unions, AMC's, REALTORS and other appraisal firms.
