Carol Bushberg is a veteran Ithaca and Tompkins County Real Estate broker, representing buyers and sellers of all types of real estate since 1986.
Carol Bushberg's fledgling company was very well received from the outset, and quickly established itself as a well respected member of the real estate community.

Carol Bushberg Real Estate has since expanded to include two additional Realtors!
When asked about how she came to live in Ithaca, New York, Carol Bushberg responds with a smile, "I am a local cultural stereotype - I came to Ithaca to study at Cornell, and never left!"
Born in Verona, New Jersey, Carol moved to Ithaca and graduated in 1979 with a B.S. from the NYS College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
In 1986, Carol left plants and soil science behind, and pivoted towards a career in real estate sales.
It was a good decision.
Over 30 years later, Carol is now the Broker/Owner of Carol Bushberg Real Estate.
Originally from New York State, Hilda has lived on three continents, traveled extensively, and speaks Spanish and French fluently.
She lived in Chile as an exchange student in her youth, completed a Fulbright to Bordeaux, France, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
In 1999 Hilda made a deliberate choice to relocate to Ithaca with her daughter, drawn by the character and scenic beauty of Ithaca.
For the last seventeen years Hilda has been a full-time Realtor in Ithaca and the surrounding Finger Lakes area.
KiRa Fritzky-Randolph fell in love with Ithaca while attending Ithaca College's Roy H. Park School of Communication.
KiRa's degree in Photography and Cinematography led her to her first career in the non-fiction film industry in NYC.
An experience she will always remember, but the quality of life in the big apple paled in comparison to Ithaca, NY.
KiRa's communications degree and long history of marketing and personal assisting jobs prepared her for life as a Realtor.
Her approach to buying or selling a property revolves around helping her clients build a foundation of local resources and referral partners, ensuring the most informed decisions.
