David was born and raised in San Luis Obispo.
He graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from Cal Poly in 2007.
In 2008 he bought his first home in Grover Beach, and in 2010 he obtained his real estate sales license.
David built up his real estate business in parallel to his engineering career, until in 2016 when he decided to leave engineering behind and work exclusively in real estate.
Today David focuses on delivering excellent service to his Clients.
He also manages a handful of his own rental properties which feeds into his sales activities nicely.
