I am certified residential appraiser in both Minnesota, and Wisconsin. I am a member of the Appraisal Institute (AI), and on the national board of directors of AI-Holdings & REAGIT committees. I chair the government relations committee of the local AI chapter (North Star).
And am a board member of Relocation Appraisers & Consultants (RAC), as well as the Twin-Cities Estate Planning Council (TCEPC). I hold the Appraisal Institute's prestigious SRA and the new AI-RRS review designations. I also hold the RAA designation from the National Association of Realtors (NAR), as well as the Minnesota Department of Transportation's (MN-DOT) certification for minority businesses; DBE.
Becoming a designated appraiser requires rigorous course work and extensive testing. Moreover, professionally designated appraiser requirements are above and beyond those of state licensed appraisers.
