Right now we're in a seller's market because home prices are rising. The overall number of listed homes on Zillow was down 39% year-over-year. Presently, there is a limited supply of homes on the market right now and many times there are an abundance of over-priced offers being submitted on the same house.
According to FMLS (First Multiple Listing Service), there are currently about 10,000 homes for sale in Metro Atlanta. This includes single family homes, townhomes and condos.
