The property was sold to SouthPoint Bank.
HRE was also responsible for coordinating the redevelopment marketing and naming of Independence Corner in 2005.
HRE listed the 15,608 SF building situated on 1.8 +/- acres off of I-59 in Fairfield, AL.
HRE negotiated a lease in 2007 and later a sale on behalf of the owner/landlord.
