The Findley Family has been working with the Duluth community since the early 1900's. Back then, Duluth was a small farming town, and Findley Bros. owned a cotton mill and the local seed and feed store. Guy Findley saw that Gwinnett County was transitioning away from farming and toward a business-based economy. He began buying land, investing in commercial space and developing business parks.
