Big Bear Valley has a few different areas with only 4 zip codes. Big Bear Lake is broken up into areas for the sake of our Multiple Listing Service for properties for sale. Big Bear Lake West, Central and East, Moonridge and Fox Farm are part of Big Bear Lake (92315), with parts of Moonridge in the county area. Big Bear City (92314) is an unincorporated county area and shares its zip code with Erwin Lake, Baldwin Lake, Whispering Forest and Lake William.
Sugarloaf (92386) is a small community with it's own post office and Fawnskin (92333) is on the North side of the lake with their own zip code and post office as well as some small shops, Moose Lodge and restaurants. Geography has a lot to do with the prices of real estate as closer to the lake, slopes and Big Bear Lake Village, command a higher price than the communities further east of these attractions.

Before purchasing a home and moving to Big Bear in 1998, my husband and I were raising our daughter in Camarillo when we decided that we wanted a different pace of life and looked around & up and down California for a new place to call home.
We made a trip to Big Bear and we were sold on the change in seasons, great schools, out-door activities and no freeways, an island in the sky with an average of 300 sunny days per year and no smog (yes, I am in love with all of it).
Prior to Real Estate sales, I was in restaurant management for many years which primed me for excellent customer service and ready for long hours to get the job done.
