Not one to rest on his laurels, in 2014, he brokered the highest per square foot office investment sale in Scottsdale at $303 psf.
Among his recent transactions is the sale of a $6,000,000 office building, a $4,000,000 retail center, a 45,000-square foot parcel to a retail developer, and a 70,000 square foot industrial lease.He is the author of several articles including "Yes Virginia, Office Condos Still Make Sense" which appeared in the Spring 2009 State Bar of Arizona Real Estate Journal.
