They must be homes that are not bank owned or in foreclosure and not in or near flood zones.
The homes we buy must be in our service areas (Maricopa County & most of Pinal County) and not have any un-permitted additions or significant foundation issues.

If so, we will make you an offer on your home contingent upon a home inspection.
