Robert (Bob) Banting is the president and sole shareholder of Anderson & Carr, Inc., a comprehensive real estate company that provides the ABC's of real estate including Appraisal, Brokerage and Consulting.
After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate and Urban Land Studies, Bob moved back to South Florida where he began appraising at Anderson & Carr in 1973.
He earned his MAI (Member of Appraisal Institute) in 1984 and shortly after became a partner in the business.
