Before 2018, Ben was also employed by AT&T as a Sr. Systems Architect until 2014 and contracted to DirecTV/AT&T from 2014-2018 as a Capacity Planning Architect. This background helped Ben to hone his analytical and troubleshooting skills which are very helpful in his work as a Real Estate Agent.
