These are designations awarded by the Community Associations Institute (CAI), which we are members of, to those who have fulfilled the stringent course, exam and experience requirements in community association management.
All of our Asst.
Property Managers, Cherie Ginn, Mackenzie Wooten, and Ashley LaBossiere have earned the CMCA designation.
Additionally, Mr. Ginn was the first and only Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) in the entire state of Alabama for a number of years and is one of 1900+ worldwide.
