Global Pacific is a premier Denver Real Estate Investment, Development and Management Company with a longstanding history of industry experience maximizing asset value. We are a generational real estate company owned by a Denver, Colorado, family office. Our vertically-integrated platform and strong balance sheet enabled us to provide comprehensive solutions and delivered superior risk-adjusted returns to our owners since 1994.

We believe deeply in ownership, from owning the assets to the operations and processes that we employ. Over time we have grown wider and deeper in every respect. Our services include acquisitions, development, construction management, and asset management. We believe good investments are the product of good thinking and disciplined processes.

It is our belief that there are complex macro-to-micro cycle relationships and ''linkages, '' which provide a foundation for understanding real estate property performance in specific markets, submarkets and locations. We therefore contend that modeling and tracking cycles at every level will improve investment decisions over the short and long term.
Services
Global Pacific acquired Financial Plaza for $14,240,000 from an undisclosed seller who has owned the building since 2007.
Financial Plaza is located on the east side of the I-25 and Belleview interchange in Greenwood Village, which is one of the most dynamic and desired submarkets of the Denver Metro area.
The two-building asset is approximately 142,397 square feet situated on 5.34 acres and is currently leased to a diverse tenant base across various established industries.
During the last 11-year cycle, DTC experienced significant new development, reducing land inventory to a few remaining parcels that are generally owned by large developers.
The seller, Some Place On Wazee, LLC, had owned the building since 2004, having acquired the property as an investment.
The Paper Building is located in Lower Downtown (LoDo), in the heart of one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Denver's urban core.
The four-story brick and timber building contains approximately 49,316 square feet and is currently 100% leased to Inspirato.
This acquisition is well-aligned with our investment strategy to target core, infill properties that have high barriers to entry and are highly sought after by tenants.
Global Pacific acquired the property and leased it back to the current tenant - Ironton Distillery and Crafthouse, which will continue to operate onsite as a premier Denver distillery pub with an expansive tasting room and food menu.
Ironton is known for its award-winning spirits, and one of the largest outdoor patios in Denver.
Ironton also offers a unique year-round venue for events, weddings, and festivals.
The property sits on approximately 0.75 acres and is conveniently located along the Platte River in RiNo, with views of the mountains and downtown Denver.

In his new position, he will be responsible for the economic research and strategic planning.
As opportunities arise in coming years, Mike will assist in all aspects of acquisitions and development.
