A graduate of Wharton School of Business, Mr. Binkley Sr. had several businesses over the years.
He ran a boating business, was a buyer and seller of rare coins and stamps, and had other interests as well, but his mainstay was always real estate.
Back then, there were only a handful of offices operating in the Reading area.
Real estate contracts were written on one side of a legal sized piece of paper, and the contract didn't even take up the whole page!
