Brad grew up in Kailua and now currently resides on the east side of Honolulu.
Before entering into real estate as a career, Brad lived and worked in Japan for 6 years for several prominent Japanese firms.
After leaving Japan in 2005, Brad returned home to Hawaii to search for his life's new passion.
Brad now specializes in residential properties island wide and caters to wide variety of clientele, from first-time-home buyers to investors looking to do 1031 Exchanges.
Brad also has extensive training and knowledge in pre-foreclosures or Short Sales.
