Real Estate Broker Erika Lamb has a strong passion for Real Estate and continuing education. Erika was the Northern Nevada National Association of Residential Property Managers President in 2013-2015 and awarded the Property Manager of the Year in 2015. Erika holds many Designations including Certified International Property Specialist/CIPS, GREEN, Certified Residential Specialist/CRS, Residential Management Professional/RMP and Certified Real Estate Analysts/CREA.
Erika completed college with a Bachelors in Science Business Degree in Accounting and completed the Nevada REALTORS Leadership Academy in 2018. Erika worked in several other industries with roles in the IT field and corporate accounting with Microsoft and Accenture. Erika has successfully helped hundreds of clients purchase and sale homes and has managed over 500 homes in the Reno/Tahoe area of Northern Nevada.
In her spare time, she mentors incoming agents and property managers and volunteers throughout the community and with multiple real estate associations to help improve the industry.

Under this service we include aggressive and effective marketing that can include the MLS, showings arrangements, thorough tenant screening, and fully executed Lease.
