Irma Lacava has been a real estate professional since 2008, and Bakersfield area business professional since the 1980s. She launched her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Preferred, and struck out on her own when she earned her broker's licensed two years later, forming Mission Real Estate in Bakersfield. When she married Southern California native and longtime Bakersfield resident and licensed Realtor Tony Lacava in 2014, they formed The Lacava Group.
Irma has helped clients buy and sell homes throughout the Central Valley, and in Orange and Los Angeles counties as well. She has been a member of the National Association of REALTORS(R), as well as the California, Bakersfield and SoCal Associations, and has served on multiple Bakersfield committees. Irma is bilingual. Kristen, a Bakersfield native, has been a part of Lacava Group and its predecessor, Mission Real Estate, for eight years.
A hard-working and driven individual, she graduated from Cal State Bakersfield with degrees in Liberal Studies and Sociology.
