Stephen is not originally from Florida, moving from Indiana to Florida in 2002. Prior to launching his real estate career, Stephen performed tax consulting services as a Certified Public Accountant.
In 2005, Stephen became licensed as an attorney and, shortly thereafter, opened The Law Offices of Stephen K. Hachey, P.A, which focuses specifically on real estate law and title services. He is the owner and broker of record for two leading real estate brokerages in Tampa and Riverview. He is also a licensed real estate instructor and the owner of Premier Real Estate School of Tampa.
As an attorney and real estate broker, he has represented and worked directly with homeowners, agents, and lenders on countless real estate transactions.
