Jim specializes in sales and leasing of office and industrial properties and has been licensed in New York State since 1986. As a life-long resident of Rochester he has a thorough knowledge of the real estate market. He has held the distinguished CCIM designation for 30 years and is a member of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Jimmy received his salesperson's license in 2015 and joined the company in 2016. He is a member of the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors and New York State Commercial Association of Realtors. Previous to getting his R/E License he worked, for five years, in the home remodeling business in Rochester, NY and Alexandria, VA. In Jimmy's short time with the company he has personally closed several transactions totaling over 100,000 square feet and assisted on dozens of other leases and sales.
He is also a highly skilled drone operator and is proficient in taking aerial photography and videography. Karen provides general accounting and financial management including monthly recordings of income and expenses and year-end reports.
