We counsel clients on property management matters, landlord-tenant laws, real property registration requirements, Federal and State lead laws and obligations incurred under Federal, State and Local housing laws. Ms. Bader is a former Staff Attorney for the Legal Affairs Division of the Maryland Association of Realtors where she provided practical legal guidance to the membership on all facets of Federal, State, and Local real estate law and regulation.
