After 26 years in operation under a partnership with Stewart Title Guaranty Company, Title Stream acquired Stewart Title of Louisiana in 2013 gaining full ownership.

The company works in conjunction with Smith & Treuting, LLC, a land law firm, with offices across the Greater New Orleans Area and Baton Rouge.

Andrew J. Treuting presently heads Title Stream's Commercial Services Department.
In that role, Andrew supervises and conducts commercial real estate transactions throughout the State of Louisiana, with client relationships on both a local and national level.
Andrew's practice focuses on all matters of property law, contract drafting and review, business organization, and estate planning and administration.
Andrew received his B.A. in English Literature, with a minor in Political Science, from Louisiana State University, and earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans.
Adam B. Beckman manages the Title Stream Northshore Office located in Mandeville, Louisiana.
Adam handles various real estate issues related to the closings that his office handles for properties throughout Southeast Louisiana.
Adam has established himself as a resource for real estate agents, their buyers and sellers.
He provides fluid communication and guidance concerning legal and ethical issues that arise as part of their real estate business.
As a certified instructor with the Louisiana Real Estate Commission, Adam regularly teaches classes for real estate agents.
James E. Smith Jr. (Jim) presently heads the Residential Services Department and is the Manager of the Title Stream Uptown Office located on Maple Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Jim offers extensive experience in land use and all real estate matters.
He manages an active real estate practice and directs projects of various sizes and characters.
Jim represents buyers, sellers, and lenders in real estate transactions, including all types of contract and document preparation and numerous real estate financing.
Olivia K. Byers specializes in residential real estate, successions are her favorite, and is based out of the Title Stream Metairie Office.
Before a potential new file is even opened, Olivia is already skimming the land records for general title conflicts so that she can brief clients ahead of time on what to expect through out the process.
No two transactions are ever the same in real estate, and Olivia enjoys identifying and suggesting solutions on issues before clients even realize there is a problem.
