Rent is due on the 1st of each month and can be dropped off 24 hours a day via the mail slot at 2595 E Perrin # 106, Fresno CA 93720.
If you pay your rent after the 5th you must include $100.00 for the late charge, (per your lease).
We will post a 3 day notice to pay or quit if rent is not received by the 1st business day following the 5th.
