Prior to the start of construction, we conduct an in-depth review of the drawings, specifications, construction contract, geotechnical and environmental reports, and all other pertinent documents and detailed cost estimates for their thoroughness, clarity and consistency to determine if there are. Wiles Associates, Inc. provides monthly or periodic site visits to observe construction in progress and to monitor compliance with construction documents.
We prepare detailed written reports containing our funding recommendations and documentation using captioned digital color photographs.
