Tim has been a licensed real estate broker in Nebraska since 2006.
He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Omaha and has earned degrees in Real Estate and Land Use Economics, Finance & Banking, Investment Science & Portfolio Management, and Commerical Real Estate Finance.

If you are interested in applying for one of our available properties, you will need to fill out an online rental application.
Each adult that will be living at the property will need to fill out their own application.
The fee to process an application is $25.00.
You will also need to fax or email a recent paystub.
The application process generally takes 2 to 3 business days after which your application will either be approved or declined.
If your application has been approved, the next step is to put down the security deposit to take the property off the market and reserve it for you.

Our insurance only covers the building where you live - not your belongings or your liability for accidents.
If your possessions are stolen during a break-in or damaged by a fire or severe weather, a renters insurance policy can allow you to recover their value.
If someone is injured during an accident in your home, renters insurance can help protect you in the case a liability lawsuit.
