Before moving to Naples, I spent 22 years in retail management where customer service was of the utmost importance. I have resided in Naples since 1998 with my husband and 3 sons and have been a Real Estate Professional since 2005, working with John R. Wood Properties. John R. Wood is known for being a leader in Real Estate, being #1 in closed sales in or market as well as providing great training and marketing for its Realtors.
As a Real Estate Professional, I have been very involved with volunteering at NABOR (Naples Area Board of Realtors) with Womens' Council of Realtors (Past President of WCR Naples on the Gulf) and Business Network International. I have received many awards including Top Producer Awards and Gulf Shore Life best in Client Satisfaction. I have several designations and certifications so that I can better serve my customers depending on their needs.

Tools like Zillow and Trulia (Zillow and Trulia are now one company!) are wonderful and provide information literally at our fingertips!
However, as a buyer or seller, it's important to understand how these online directories or "portals" provide information.
National online directories and portals provide information that is obtained by Multiple Listing Services and fed into its websites.
What these directories CANNOT do is understand the local market, local communities and their amenities, and other local factors that also greatly affect home pricing.
