Foster Adachi Real Estate
We used Peggy's services to sell our home and then again to buy our next home. The service we received exceeded every other realtor that we had ever worked with in the past. Peggy's attention to detail and generosity of time and spirit made working with her a pure pleasure. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a home. When we did find the perfect house, she crafted our discussions just right and, truly, she got us that house.

Her knack for knowing how to negotiate and craft discussions with just the right mix of business and emotional draw is truly unique and effective. In short, with any other agent, it is unlikely we would be living in the house of our dreams. Ken and I loved your virtual tour and the fact you will work with the appraiser to get the best price possible for us.

We also liked your thorough and detailed presentation. We feel you will give our property the attention we want and would like to list it with you. This was a very difficult decision because one of the other realtors we interviewed was also excellent.
Services
Peggy has lived, and worked on the Eastside of Lake Washington for companies like Microsoft, a marine conservation non-profit and a local gourmet food distributor, before starting a career in real estate.
Back in 2005, she had a small family business that bought, remodeled and sold homes.
As the market changed, Peggy shifted easily into residential sales where she also found a passion for working with the senior community.
She relocated from Texas 19 years ago and still remembers what it was like to start over in a new community.
Initial Consultation: During the initial consultation we will discuss your goals and motivation.
When we understand what is important to you, it will become important to us.
Whether you are downsizing, relocating, moving closer to family, or simply want a different home, we can tailor our services to accommodate your situation.
The Process: Attention to detail is critical.
We pride ourselves in the quality of our work and will communicate with you often.
We also believe in preparing our clients for what lies ahead.
I want to personally express my gratitude to you for assisting me on the sale of my father's home.
This was an emotional journey for me, therefore your professional advice, understanding and patience with me are greatly appreciated.
Not to mention keeping the line of communication between California, Kentucky and Utah was a task you completed amazingly trouble free.
Thank you again for a job well done!
Peggy was referred to us by our Move Manager who is also a member of the Senior Care Coalition in Puget Sound.
Lake Hills reminds me of a utopian village that I read about in one of Barbara Kingsolver's books, although I don't remember which one.
A place of diversity where everyone is welcome.
Maybe that's because more than 50% of it's residents were born in another country, while the rest of us identify with our Asian, Mexican, European or African roots.
Most homes in Lake Hills were built between 1970 and 1999.
Although there are a fair amount of mid-century homes as well.
We are starting to see more mid-rise apartment buildings which will hopefully accommodate all the renters we seem to attract.
Woodridge is composed of two communities: Woodridge Hill and Norwood Village, which borders 405 and I90.
On the hill you will find mostly mid-century ramblers with and without basements, some with incredible city and lake views.
There are also a fair number of townhomes and condos.
Since the economy bounced back, you will also find a number of new construction homes and elegant remodels.
Each community has it's own swimming pool and several parks.
Location, quality homes, friendly neighbors and highly ranked schools make this community attractive to pretty much anyone.
