You do not have to be a Florida resident or U.S. citizen to obtain a Florida real estate license.
The Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) will determine whether your background will prevent you from licensure.
Students that are unsuccessful on their first End of Course Exam attempt will need to wait 30 days before they are eligible to retest.
A student is permitted two attempts to test within a one year period.
