After following a construction family background, My dad started his succesfull construction company in 1960.
I started in the industry back in 1975 building houses and condominiums in Knoxville, Tenn. I moved to Florida in 1985 and built several single family residences in West Palm Beach, Boca Raton and Ft. Lauderdale. In 1995, I had the opportunity to work in my dad's construction company in El Salvador, Central America. We developed successfull affordable housing projects totaling 5000 units.
In 2004 impacted by the global economic slow down, decided to moved back to U S. I started exploring the Home Inspection Industry. I trained at Kaplan Inspection School and started Accu-rate home Inspections. I joined ASHI (American Society of Home Inspection).
