Born and raised in Orange County, Michael Kim has witnessed and experienced the tremendous change and growth that has transformed the local and surrounding areas into some of the best places to live in the world. After earning his undergraduate degree in Business Administration at UC Riverside, Michael went on to earn his Masters in Business Administration at the Marshall School of Business, USC with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance. Michael Kim became a licensed broker in 2007 and began his real estate career during the worst real estate market of our time.
As many agents left the business, Michael took the opportunity to learn about Short Sales and helped many families who were victims of predatory lending practices to get free of crippling mortgage debt. With his experience dealing with short sales and foreclosures, Michael also helped many clients purchase homes and investment properties at deeply discounted prices.
