We're happy to announce that we have expanded our services by providing commercial appraisals across the greater Austin metro area.
Our new commercial division is staffed with appraisers who hold Texas Certified General appraisal licenses and a minimum of ten years experience in non-residential valuations.
With this new addition to our team we are now able to accept assignments for mixed-use developments, raw land with non-residential highest and best use, retail buildings, multi-family dwellings consisting of five or more units, as well as various other commercial properties.
Our new commercial division is staffed with appraisers who hold Texas Certified General appraisal licenses and a minimum of ten years experience in non-residential valuations.

All appraisal assignments will be paid in full prior to the completion of the appraisal report.
If you are paying with a credit or debit card, we ask that you make payment prior to the site visit.
These payments can be made online across this website or over the phone.
If you are paying with a check, money order or cash, payment will be collected at the time of the site visit (when the appraiser visits the home).
We understand needing to cancel an appraisal - things happen.
However, appraisal orders do require administrative overhead and time so we ask that if you need to cancel an appraisal, please let us know as soon as possible.
