Sincere thanks for your kind, informative and professional work in assisting us to sell our home. It was a pleasure to work with you. We will definitely recommend you to others looking for an exceptional Realtor. Mike made selling our Breckenridge condo a stress-free experience for us. Mike understood how to price our unit for maximal value. We trusted his experience in setting the listing price which resulted in multiple offers with several approaching 10% above list.
Mike's negotiating skills were excellent. Mike took care of all of the details regarding the fine print in the contract which can cause a deal to be delayed, cost the seller money, or fall through. We were very pleased with the result! Mike was always very responsive to our calls, texts, or emails. We look forward to working with Mike again in the future.
After much thorough research to locate a successful and reliable real estate professional to list and market our house in Blue River, Colorado, we decided on contracting with Mike Krueger at Breckenridge Associates.

These three keys to selling real estate are the difference between a home sold quickly and one that lingers on the market.
Price is ultimately your call as a seller.
Base it on the facts of the market and be prepared with those facts when an offer comes to the table.
Almost always, the buyer's offering price will come in low.
How does the mentality - "I need room to negotiate" - or - "It can't hurt to test the market" - backfire on most sellers?
The presentation of your property is entirely up to you as a seller.

A complicated question that triggers some others.
Before you rely on any resource to answer this important question, consider the following:.
1. WHY do you want to know?
Are you re-financing?
Selling the property?
Re-modeling the property and trying to determine if the expense is worthwhile?
Different answers will often require different valuation professionals.
My valuations are respectfully offered only to those homeowners that are interested in selling their properties at some point in the near future.

Originally from Hartford, Connecticut, I developed a passion for skiing during my four years at Williams College in northwest Massachusetts at tiny Brodie Mountain.
I dutifully graduated in 1986, politely said 'no' to several career opportunities and instead opted for a backpack and an incredible year-long adventure across Asia and the South Pacific.
Upon my return, I came to Colorado for the obligatory 'one season' of skiing and, as an added bonus, continued to avoid the dreaded 'real job.'
One ski season quickly became two.
