At the heart of any successful educational program is a faculty that is passionate about their craft. At the Academy of Real Estate Education & Consulting (AREEC) the faculty and staff love to teach, and to date have become a launchpad to over one thousand real estate professionals!
Founded in 2000, AREEC has grown from a single classroom in Savannah focusing on Pre-License education, to a multi-location educational institution offering Pre-License classes, post license classes, continuing education and advanced training.Our instructors have over 20 years of real estate education and over 50 years of brokerage experience. All of our instructors are not only licensed by the Georgia Real Estate Commission, they are actively practicing brokers and salespeople.
AREEC offers Salesperson Pre-license classroom based courses in both Savannah and Brunswick, GA in wifi equipped classrooms, and a whole menu of Pre and Post license education available online. Additionally, our instructors provide continuing education to brokerages and associations of Realtors throughout the state of Georgia.

Tom has been teaching real estate salesperson and broker per-license classes for over 14 years, and has been the director of The Academy for Real Estate Education and Consulting since 1999.
He is a member of GREEA, the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association.
In addition to pre-license education, he has written and taught a multitude of continuing education classes for post graduate career enhancement.
Tom is from Illinois.
He moved to Georgia as a Registered Nurse and worked in critical care and trauma services.

Robert has been a Realtor since 2004 and has been teaching real estate as a GA Licensed Instructor many years.
After a successful career in real estate sales, Robert was appointed to the role of Managing Broker of the Golden Isles market for a multi-state brokerage.
In his capacity as managing broker, he is responsible for the oversite of all real estate transactions of his affiliates, trains, coaches, and mentors affiliates, and teaches both pre and post license classes in real estate.
Robert has been teaching real estate classes for many years.

He married the love of his life, a lifelong Savannah girl Carrie Holscher Jackson in March of 1993.
He then opened the "Garden Bistro" restaurant in 1995.
