As a rental property owner myself, I know the importance of great management for our investment. My husband and I have owned and managed our own rental properties for a number of years. I enjoy working with both property owners and tenants. I, and my team at Fusion, have over 30 years of combined experience in all the various scopes of property management and real estate.

I have 10 years of experience working in workers compensation and human resource management, both require working with people in difficult situations and understanding the relevant laws. Spending over 3 years working as a Risk Manager, I understand the importance of regulations and compliance. In addition to my professional career, I served on the Western Colorado Human Resource Association board for over 8 years, serving as President for 2 years and Past President.

This wonderful opportunity has given me experience understanding the requirements of a non-profit organization and by-laws. Gaining all of this experience and with the experience of my team, I am confident we will serve property owners and HOA's in need of a manager, as well as real estate clients, in the professional and personal manner that we all deserve.

Leasing and Management Services - let us make your investment work for you!
We will market the property for you and handle phone calls, showings, and background checks.
Assist with lease signing, collection of first months rent and security deposit.
If owners want to make changes to the property, there are design review request pdf's on the Diamond Ridge HOA website.
HOA is NOT responsible for plumbing and related systems, electrical and related systems (excludes appliances, fixtures, and lights serving only one unit), heating, ventilating and cooling systems and components, building exterior roof, exterior vertical breezeways, foundation, windows, doors, main entry to units, balcony and patio doors, screens in balcony or patio doors and windows.
Single Family Home Dues are $250 annually - no utilities, insurance and landscaping.
No repairs to SF lots.
Townhomes on Serenity Lane dues are $135 monthly - no utilities, insurance, front landscaping, exterior buildings.
No special assessments.
Insurance: American Family Mutual Insurance.
