Realnet is an independent referral-only real estate company which renders a unique service to licensees who want to keep their real estate license active, but desire to limit their activity to referral business.
They can legally receive referral income which would otherwise not be possible if their license was placed in retirement.
Realnet also provides a service to The Realty Association by referring buyers and sellers to Realty Association agents.

There's another version where they will say we need to be picked up, and then they'll ask for money.
