Ankor announced today that it is expanding operations into Latin America (LATAM), with the opening of a subsidiary in El Salvador. Ankor Corporation affiliate, AAC Real Estate, represented RGD Construction, Inc. in the acquisition of an industrial property located in the city of Hawthorne. RGD was granted a SBA loan that allowed them to acquired the property and expand its operation.
The City of Los Angeles Planning Commission OK'd, Beijing Jia Long Real Estate Development Company 33-story mixed-use bldg (631 S Vermont). The property includes a new hotel, ~21K sq ft retail floor area, 28K square feet of openspace, up to 250 residential condos, including 22 very-low income units. Erwin Cervantes, Director of Ankor Corporation was instrumental to this approval and the expansion of the company operation in America.
