I am a fifth generation Nevadan; born and raised in Fallon. In May of 2005 I received my bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Reno with an emphasis in history and education. This also made me a fourth generation graduate from the University of Nevada, Reno. Carly received her master's degree from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and moved to Reno to work for the Washoe County School District as an occupational therapist.
In July of 2010, Carly left the work world to focus on raising our new son, Rhett. April of 2011 brought our beautiful daughter, Laurel, and September of 2013 gave us our third child, Daphne. As a family, we love to spend our time enjoying the amazing Reno/Tahoe outdoors, building wood block structures in the living room, supporting the Giants and Wolf Pack, and serving at Living Stones Church in Reno.
After having an ownership interest and being the office broker for Renown Real Estate Services I felt the call to focus more on my clients by moving to Keller Williams Group One Inc. Working at Keller Williams Group One, Inc. has given me the freedom to help others who are in the same shoes as I once was.

Up 1% from August and up 11% from last year.

There was an early seasonal dip in August that we believed would be corrected in September.
There were 439 sales in September.
Down 22% from August and down 28% from a year ago.
That's a huge change.
439 sales is more like a winter month number.
Not a coming out of the summer number.
Some of this may be due to the low inventory but I believe it's closer related to a slowing market.
