Samuel's three sons, Harold, Jerry and Norman, worked beside their father in the family business.
After Samuel's death in 1966, the brothers continued the business, building apartment homes and investing in various real estate ventures.
The business continued to grow and see tremendous success as the brothers showed a knack for selecting excellent locations and creating developments that went on to win awards.
