Knowledge about construction and the local building requirements, has contributed to Doug's 13 years of real estate success.

A full-time, licensed Realtor since 1986, Sue focuses on residential, corporate relocation, land and investment properties in Frederick County and the surrounding area. Sue has earned her Associate Broker designation and is a Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified New Homes Sales Professional and Corporate Relocation Specialist.
